They STILL have not been able to fix the dsl problems between manila and cebu.
Their cebu traffic is past noon already 97% utilized... this cause the slow downs we experiece.
The only solution they have (and on what they work) i again a bandwidth upgrade, but that takes time and cost them a lot of money, and you know how it is if money is involved...

I have a bad experience with PLDT myDSL coz they billed me almost P2K for calls that I didn't make, imagine me calling a cellphone for an hour at 3AM, what the heck! I stop the service and switched to bro hehehe
