I was supposed to pay 16k for my internet connection...PLDT never sent me a bill for 6 months...i have the money handy, but PLDT never did a follow up...so for now, it's free internet for me...besides...i only got max 80kBps download...and i'm paying 2.5k...wtf?!

PLDT is screwing older consumers?? WTF?? its like this ive been a PLDT MYDSL subscriber since the 512kbps thing which is 2500pesos.. now they release a 1.2Mbps costing 1,995.. i call up PLDT to ask if my DSL connection or bandwidth is now 1.2Mbps...
Negative!!!!!!! too ALL PLDT MYDSL subcriber that are old.. and still paying 512KBPS for 2500 u guys are getting screwed same as me.. I have asked the PLDT manager about it... PLDT DSL people.. same answer "SIR, KARAAN MAN GUD NA NA SUBCRIPTION SAUNA PAMAN TO ANG 2500 512KBPS. SO DILI MO MAKA AVAIL SA NEW SPEEDS KAY INYU G.KUHA 2500 512KBPS SAUNA. IF GANAHAN MO MU.CHANGE SIR TO 1.2MBPS PWDE RA ILISAN INYU PHONE NUMBER AND PHONELINE AND MAG MAKE MO REQUEST" WHY DO I HAVE TO CHANGE MY PHONELINE AND DO SOME SHIT  ? try to check people.. what price are u paying!! and how much bandwidth u are getting.. PLDT is screwing u!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GIVE THE OLD AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN USING UR MYDSL CONNECTION SOME RESPECT!! Strange, i know a lot of people nga naa sa plan 512kb sauna ka2ng tag 2,500 now they are all in the 2mbps plan as part of the loyalty promo.
they did also state sauna nga everytime naay new speed automatic upgrade sad sa plan, morag ang style ani sa "Sa ma ilad" ra nila nya naka notice sad ko sa pldt gusto nila mag follow-up ka sigi like spending an entire month to follow up a simple problem, pwede raman sad e terminate nimo imong line then get the new 2,500 |

its true...ky naa koy fren in ana pod iya plan pero its upgraded naman today...murag 2mbps naman...kani gani ako nga plan 999 instead of 384kbps ni saka naman sa 512kbps pero bati ghapon ila service oi....wa jud ayo

There are a lot of people getting royally screwed man. I'm a P3000 subscriber which is supposed to be a 2mbps connection. For a couple of months, the best I could do was 130KB/s, just 1mbps. Right now I'm hitting 300KB/s to a max of 400+KB/s most of the time, an estimated 3.2mbps average. Still, my latency is absolute shit from 11nn to 12mn. Some 200ms~400ms. I just settled my bill recently cos they were bringing in the note from the law office already. So I paid the amount about a week ago and I now have P900+ worth of credit cos I over-paid. Still no update from them..line is still dead and account is still disabled. Good thing I've been able to log in to another account secretly. Jesus Christ, I feel like a freakin' criminal just to get some deserved service.

@zerone_null....that's cool....how much is your bill?i was wondering cuz that may be their scheme for me as well...let the bill reach a significant amount, like 100k, then they'll just sue me for not paying...this might be their style...
