Advisory: PLDT clients/ip's are un-pingable this time. Figured this out an hour ago when I can't connect to my remote server that runs on PLDT. Also noticed than when I location trace my ip, it displays im in baguio although ang ip sa pldt users sa cebu kay usually located sa fuente.

If there's anyone from pldt out there please give us details kay I have work to do in my remote server and I can't tungod sa kani nga problem karon.

dependes plan ceguro ni or the type of connection maybe leased lines.

[Here's mine, sige ko ka disconnect.... na bwisit nako aning PLDT Dsl, nag pa connect pud ko sa globe wa pa jud klaro ila agent tungod sa ilang kabugo na disapprove ako application...]

way problema ang MYDSL kadaghan nato nagsubscribe ikw ray putol2x? ing ani akung prob sa una karon nasolve na kay ichck na nila imung linya kung maayu bah. nya mawa nana ang disconnection pareha sa akoa.. hahay globe ko way lami ang globe

Having troubles with my net right now. It's really slow.. and some sites are inaccessible. Anyone else experiencing the same?

i am experiencing same issue as well for almost a week now and i have been calling PLDT "Technical" SUPPORT for 5 times already!!!!!!!!!! all they can say to me is to damn wait for their technician to do a remote test and will be receiving a call from them but guess what... i did not receive any damn call!!!!!

you guys from pldt better take care of this issue because i am already sick and tired of your damn lousy service. i will be calling 171 again for THE LAST TIME tomorrow if my connection issue is still not addressed and after that if you wont be able to provide me as your customer the kind of service that i am paying for..... i will personally deal with this matter and your manager better be ready because i am one hell flaming customer here that's about to burst.. losing business because of a lousy service is not going to be fixed by a simple I DO APOLOGIZE. take note of that..

hahaha.,i admire these type of subscribers bcoz of their guts to assert what they really deserve.. I still have to learn many things pajud...including this. hehe

Ok raba ang PLDT MyDSL Plan 990 Internet + Landline sa Mactan Area? Like in terms sa speed and service? Naa ko dapit sa Sudtonggan specifically, kaabot ba diha ila service?

it's part of our rights as a consumer sir. and we all are not paying PISO for their service that we can just care less if we get connections slower than of a dial-up connection. we are talking about thousands of pesos and its monthly paid out from our own pockets which is HARD earned cash. and if you were to be in my shoes... every month you get a week of intermittent connections, wont you ever sit down and think if you deserve to be given the kind of service which you are paying fully without any questions?

naku.. ako gali na pa transfer lang sa akong dsl ug phone line niabot na gali ug 2months!!!!... same building raman unta pero lahi na room number.. adtoon nimo sa ilang office ug ignon raka na wala paman mahimo-i ug work order sir or ignon ka nga nag upgrade man gud mi sa among system. dungagan pjud nila nga naa pa gali wala ma transfer sir una pa sa inyo since last month pa... MAAYO NA NGE EXCUSE?!!!!!!!! sayang kaau pamasahi cge adto sa ilang office tapos cge lang ing ana ang excuse..

wla juy ayo ilang customer service.....
