quick question:
nag provide ang pldt nako alcatel modem 4 ports, human gi try nako connect ang desktop sa port 1 ang speed kay 0.40mb/s, karun ang 2nd port ako gi connect sa ako laptop thru cable para pasx2 but dli cya ka establish connection, tried 2-4 port but same issue, nanawag ko hotline sa pldt ingon nila ang 1st port radaw ang active kay ang 2-4 ports kay gi block nila as per SOP daw, is there anyway for me to unblock those 3 ports? PM me please, if wireless nako ang speed kay 0.16 perting hinaya maka sapot. linksys router ako gamit

my location is mabolo, sa ako manghud sa haus sa mabolo kay 0.70-0.77 iya speed. is there anyway ma unblck nako ang port sa modem katong last 3 ports? ablihan nako ang modem then naay suldahon or control na sa pldt gyud?

first what do you need the other ports for? you have a router right?

with regard to the connection directly to the modem, you mentioned that when connected to the 1st port, it has a connection.. when you connected the laptop to the 2nd port(still another computer to the port1?)--cannot establish connection..

what lights are lit on the front panel with the port 1 and port 2 connected?
what is the ip of the laptop(with the port1 connected)?

did you try connecting only 1 computer to port2 or 3 or 4 (nothing on port1)? online or not?

what ip are you getting in the working computer?
dhcp behind the router may be set to only 1 client.. might need to assign static ip to other computers...same subnet..
