Mao gyud. Late kaayo mo-reflect imong payments kung dili sa PLDT mismo ka nagbayad. Dili pa gyud prompt mo-abot usahay ang ilang biling statement. Matingala na lang ka ngano with "notice of disconnection" na ang imong bill.

I was a PLDT DSL customer first before becoming a Globelines DSL subscriber. That was about 3-4 years ago (IIRC). Ningbalhin ko sige DC. Wala gyud nahimo ang katong tech nga sige og adto sa among balay sa. Everytime he went, he had a new "explanation" for my problem. More than a year sad ko nahimong subscriber nila before the connection went unstable.

To be fair sad to PLDT. Stable sad tong connection nila para sa katong biz DSL nga akong gikuha para sa akong internet cafe up to the time I closed shop na. I had this biz DSL when my PLDT DSL at home was still stable.

Maybe karon, okay/stable na ang connection balik dinhi sa amoa pero since I'm satisfied pa man ko with my Globe DSL (more than 3 years na), I'm sticking with what works.

If PLDT starts offering better package than what I have right now from Globe (3Mbps data only), I might switch pero ako sang tanawon for two months before finally cutting my Globe DSL.

Try to find out which provider has the most stable connection sa imong area, ayaw pag-antos.

I've heard gani of a few people who haven't had luck with either PLDT/Smart or Globelines in their area gani. Only alternative nila kay dial-up na lang.

Thanks! I followed you advised. I'd just called 171 regarding my bills. They said that 1,000 I paid before will be deducted to my 2,202.15. So bali I'll just pay for 1,202.15. Late man gud nila post ang ako nabayad. Hinay d ay ila system dili sila updated sa?

PLDT connection at home is going thru hell right now...3 weeks na super intermittent ang connection...
sometimes 20k ra ang throughput...sometimes 200k...and never for prolong period of time...
sigi ka putol around 20 times in one day have to reset the modem to resolve the issue...kasapot kaayo..

Hello fellow istoryans!

Mangayo unta ko ug tambag ninyo. Magpataod man gud ko ug DSL Connection sa balay unya sa pag basabasa nako dire sa Istorya, PLDT akong napilian.

Karon mangutana unta ko kung unsay mas maayo nga plan akong kwaon between:

1. PLAN 990 (DSL + LAND LINE) 384 kbps
2. PLAN 999 (DSL ONLY) 1MBPS

dili man gud importante nako ang land line pero namasin lang ko nga basin kaya ra maapas ang speed sa PLAN 999 (DSL ONLY) even PLAN 990 (DSL + PHONE) ako i subscribe kay naa man gud ko nabasahan dire nga thread nga ilang jPLAN 990 mas paspas pa sa uban nga higher nga plan.

by the way, naa ko sa talisay area unya ang akong intended use kay for online gaming and downloading.

@exorcist, bro naa na mo telephone sa pldt daan? if naa you can go for the plan 999 1mbps(DSL only) cause this plan recquires that you have an existing phone account sa pldt.
if wala; i suggest you go for the plan 990 its the cheapest choice at 384kbps or you can go 512kbps with plan 1,299 same ra gihapon dsl+phone.
