@deanmonyo, 1,299 sir.. average ana is around 770-780kbps for download and 260-270kbps for upload.

Hello guys! I just want to share my sentiment to PLDT DSL.

Last Feb. 21, 2009, I applied to DSL 990 Plan in Metro Gaisano, Ayala Center.
I paid for 1,000 daw coz its for Modem 500 and installation 500 on that day.
My Internet installed Feb. 27 and it seems ok although sometimes I'm having problem with the speed. Now i got the bill and got shocked coz my bill charges is P 2,019.78.

DSL Bundled Services Data - 1,073.34
Cost of Equipment - 500.00
Installation Charge - 446.43
City Electrician Inspecton Fee - 0.01
TOTAL CHARGES P 2,019.78

I'm not expecting this kind of charges murag kadako lagi. Sa Globelines di man ing-ani lagi.
When I got the bill from Globelines after one month P995 ra man ako gibayran.

Pls advise me or explain kay wala jud ko kasabot sa ila billing. TIA

@pinggoluz, im not a rep. sa pldt but i experienced this so i will share with you

it's just a delay in their system, the payment you made in metro ayala did not reflect on that bill that you have right now(cause for this are the cut-off dates); as long as you have a receipt from the latest payment you've made you will be fine.
my advise, call 171(pldt's hotline) and tell them that you want your bill updated and that you have the receipt from the latest payment you made.

it will be reflected on your next bill, dili man sad ka nila putlan.
