i think it has something to do with the previou's bills payment date which was not included into your current bills calculation, so murag nahulog nga 2 months ka wala kabayad kay wala man masakay ang latest nimo nga payment sa cut-off.. pareha sa akoa. akoa gibuhat tawag daun ko enlish daun ko sa CS..
