There must be a problem with your DNS server settings. Try calling up PLDT and ask for new DNS name servers. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can also check if you have proxies enabled. HTH! |

I have called pldt regarding this problem... they already gave me the latest DNS but to no avail. I can ping the website but cannot open it with internet explorer, I even tried to use firefox but same result. I also tried to open website "example yahoo" using the address I got by Pinging. useless ra gihapon by using this method you will know if you have DNS problem. sa 16 hours na gamit nako internet mu suol ni sya 5-7times a day ok man ang speedtest result 3mb download 784 upload |

Bro try using this one as your DNS. 4.2.2.2 - It's a known dns server and open for everyone. Did you tweak your connection or whatsoever? I had experienced that kind of problem when I tweaked my connection. I don't know if it's okay to say anything about tweaking here so I'm just going to stop there.

wow my pldt mydsl got disconnected yesterday 11pm, something wrong with the DHCP server and request timed out, my IP shows my modem IP. im sure its something wrong with the servers because the modem looks alright, blinking and stuff, hope they sort it out when i get home later this afternoon

eyy.. ako migo from talisay ila pldt dsl kay 990 per month with 1mbps connection then w/ telephone na daw... tinuod na? while ako ga 512kbps dsl+landline 1.3k tanan sa bill... mas kansi pa nuon ko ani...
unsa man jud ning promo sa pldt? d diay na nila iupgrade sa mga dili mo reklamo? pasagdan ra ang mga old users? |

pre, try doing thing. try to ping using the domain and also IP.. if its converted to an ip or domain name.then its ur firewall... if not, try to ipconfig /flushdns then ipconfig /renewdns .. if not gihapon...
netsh winsock reset... f not it's a dns error.. i hope maka tabang ni sa imo... sa TWC man ni xa na troubleshooting steps.
