actually, what you said happened to me couple of times. gali lang kay nakasabot pud ko. the costumer services reps are not smart guys and know nothing about the dsl of pldt all they do is follow what they were instructed. so on our part is let's just be patient. sa kdaghan subscriber there is always room for error. ako on my part when it happened. no technician called. i just redialed 171 and told them that i already complained. and it was solve.

ahahahahaha! I could well relate to that..... they repeat the same process and ask the same queries at all times..... there was even one time when an agent wanted me to do troubleshooting... but I had him told that I've been doing all these steps on my own..... so I went on telling him that the complaints had been aired out for 2 months

I believe they have already improved their customer response process. But yea, they use the same "script" over and over again hahaha.

unsa may ilang gitaud sa imong computer modem ra or modem router? kung modem ra magpalit jud ka ug router. pero kung modem router ang gibutang ethernet switch ra ang imong kinahanglan

pros: so far they offer the best dsl in cebu, (so far lang ha.. ug sa cebu ra pud ambot sa uban place)
cons: not all the area in cebu receives theyre best dsl service.
