Their system seems to be screwed up...
Not only the DSL (NGN) is not working normal, also the landline start having trouble. Every 15 seconds busy signal, in the middle of a call... damn NGN...

hmmmm 10:30am i feel alittle lag already... from 1.7 its cut in half... or down to 1.1 but tonight its back to 1.8.... maybe congested or they are still fixing some stuff on their network side since the major problem lets just hope...

3:30 - Speed drop by 75%.... Fu..ing PLDT morons. They NEVER get their system working.

Edit: They told me they have AGAIN issues with Visayas / Mindanao
There is not s single day that their network is normal.
How long do we have to take this?
Should we not all together consult a lawyer?
Did anybody got their rebate since it started last year October? No?

Bandwidth now below 10% as normal!
A trace route to pldtplay times out at 3 hops!
Fu..ing pldt, I really start hating them.

If ever, start with a cheap package. You can anytime upgrade to a higher package, but downgrading is more complicated.
This way, you wont loose much money once you figure out that their service sucks all day long...

yesterday was a nightmare... it kept dropping after every 15 minutes, and then balik na sad, only for 15-20 minutes, then mawala na sad for 15 minutes...shakes head...we just applied for BayanTEL...PLDT will be downgraded and will function as our backup...frustrating ISP dyud.

im now getting 800kbps from 1.9kbps i should be getting 2.2mbps is max.. and upload now is now like 30kbps.. sucks balls aint it

can someone provide the total cost?all in all na, including evat and all the other charges para mkatimbang2 nako..stable ra man cguro ang pldt sa mandaue na area mga bro sa?
