hmmm i dont think ni balik og normal still experiencing slow downs since 10am.. ganiha around 7-9:50 ok ang connection but pag sugod og 10am hinay na sad... like half the speed ang makuha...

VERY slow since about 10:30AM here...
Just 10% of my bandwidth. Until 10:30AM, I had full bandwidth.

Its absolutely not ok.
Maybe you wont feel the difference with a 1 or 2mb package, but with higher packages, you see it...
