Anyone know the tech support hotline for PLDT direct to CEBU, they still havent fixed my year old problem ( midnight disconnections from 2AM ~ 7AM fixed intervals ) The call center handling the account isnt making any reports to PLDT at all.. imagine 1 whole year..

inland in ormoc is fixed, thus we are routed from there. backup passage via bacolod underwater is not yet fixed. so we have no back-up yet.

downtime is unavoidable. if most companies/businesses lost huge amount of money due to the latter, so as pldt.

@chipmunk lol.. Maau man sad ang pldt sir.. Maau kaau manawag og bills pero service very poor.. and fyi, PLdt's customer service people in manila, are really really sucky they dont know anything on the problem.. they repeat things and they answer rude.. For the bills, kapila na insulto parents nako ana nila.. We pay our bills ontime or even before hand.. G.ingnan pa ako mom tingalig dili mi mu bayad.. lol nila... we pay our bills ontime always..

for down time yes downtime is not avoidable.. but it comes to a problem when downtime is greater than uptime its a big problem. and also i think diri ra sa pinas permi down time.. sa gawas wala lagi.. you know why?? service is good people get what they pay for not some half done job..

like this month ra, the problem with my DSL, na hibaw.an di wala ayuha og taod ang wires sa cabinet, wala g.tarong og butang ang wires sa post nga naa ang box..
