bro, currently in quiot using pldt plan 888. So far speed is ok and have minimal interruptions kaso we are moving to Punta pricess. kanang padung don bosco.

my wife went to jones pldt to request the line to be transferred to punta but ingon sila punta is under tabunoK pldt? is this true? my wife went to tabunok and reklamo siya wala daw klaro mga tao didto.

anybody here can point me to the right direction? TIA

Nag wonder lang ko naw dili man sila ma kbaw na guba ila service gihatag na2 sa ila dsl. Bago lang ni tawag taga PLDT sa ako niha then ni ana na ok na daw ako connection then pag check nko same results gihapon na murag wla gi au. Dili ni sila mka tests sa connection before sila mka tawag sa ila customers??

I believe they do not check before they call, because they do not work on your problem. They only call to let you believe that they are working on your issue...

ako connection bro, everyother day ma guba... yawa ani. ang tracert daghan kaau og timeout. sigi nalng mi panawag ilang Costomer support. pro sigi lang pud sorry sir.. ahak.. naa pud manawag taga PLDT mangutana onsai guba sa connection.. ngano mangutana paman sila nga gi report naman na in the first place. grrr.

btw onsaon nako pag tanaw sa akong profile sa modem?.. para ma kit-an ang down og up sa akong connection..

Enter the modems IP address in your browser. This might be 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1, depends n the modem.
You also need to know the username and password to login into the modems web interface.

Now, at 11:29, its slows down dramatically... thats it for today. Better I shut down the computer and do something useful instead of getting angry about this sh..t crappy pldt dsl.

Update: 1PM... almost completely useless, no more upstream. TOTALLY congested!

i think they routed 90% of their bandwidth to Manila na

99% is Manila, we just get the left over here... haha
And reported again... just for the record, maybe one day a miracle will happen and we get a rebate... hahaha

my modem tells me (sa modem page) na downstream is 2000 and upstream is 700 something
but i barely achieve 1mbps sa speedtest.net.. sakto ni? thanks!

That just shows that your profile (the settings at PLDT) is correct. It also means, you are also affected by this congested network, like many other here.
You might notice that past 11AM, the bandwidth drops very much, and goes up in the late evening. And this proofs that their network is completely congested.

ana gyud na PLDT, mas priority nila ang Manila, kanang 2mbps na plan, swerte ka kung kaabot ka sa 80% hehehe

Almost all cebu subscribers is affected diay, abi nko gamay rata or ako lang guba. checked my speed @ 9am, its perfect!! Checked it again @ around 10:45am, upload goes around 35kbps checked it again 2:30PM download goes 986kbps on a 2mbps plan and upload goes 90kbps. hahayz!!!!! Knsa naa kaila dako rango sa PLDT dsl?? atleast hatagan na nila ug tarong na tubag di lang ta ignun pirmi na wla daw problem ila network.
