@softtouch_ph: so whats the prob with the PLDT network? ive been experiencing this problem for almost 3 weeks now(slow upload speed during day time). Another problem was added yesterday when my download speed turned from 1.7mbps to 900kbps (plan 2mbps)and a girl techie from pldt called me that its normal because the normal range of a 1995 plan download speed is 600kbps - 2mbps. So what shes really trying to mean is I am paying 1,995 pesos for a secure download speed of 600kbps
Thats almost close to the 1/4 speed of what they are advertising. Thats bull$%!T!!!! Taas kau ila range murag 1/4 - 1 ila range sa normal. Bro could you please PM me the email add on where could i complain about the settings of my modem. tnx |

I believe, most of PLDT techies are moron and stup_D. PLDT should replace these people rather than making their subscriber to suffer. I have a a friend that just applied for them for DSL. She got already the phoneline but its been two weeks already and still nobody could make the internet work. The first tech that check it has lower IQ than Mr. Bean and has a brain smaller than an ant. This tech guy knows nothing about computer, I wonder why PLDT sent it to install the modem. The second tech says that the problem was the integrated LAN so it is necessary to buy a dedicated NIC. I know its bullsh_t coz I have use that Integrated LAN befor so many times already. And this guy, never ask for the driver and we all know that it may be the problem if you really want to solve the problem coz sometimes you will be having corrupted files. I'm sure that there is no problem with the integrated LAN, coz I really know this computer coz I am the one who build and install everything. I believe, PLDT should have a reliable tech. @softtouch_ph: We should!! the best thing that we could do right now is ask for a rebate. Rebate til they could provide us of what we are paying for. I only get 60-70% of internet speed of what im paying for during peak hours on my download speed not to mention they almost gave me a 0% upload speed. Im averaging 30-70kbps on upload speed during peak hours. Bro PM or post the email where we could complain. tnx

Its SO bad today... EVERY single traceroute times out anywhere. Yesterday at 3PM, it was absolutely NORMAL, for about an hour. Even the UPSTREAM was NORMAL! After the one hour, all went back to nirwana, to nothing... |

guys i have a question
im a DSL subscriber since the early PLDT DSL days about 2-3 years ago so i believe i have a legacy line p999 month (512k or 768 kbps i believe) and no free phone included since we already had an existing pldt phone my question is, i see ads about the same price p990 and it comes with a landline. Should i terminate my current plan and get this new plan? so far, my connection is stable, but its not as fast as the 1mbps promised for a p999 plan. I always hover around the 500-600kbps speed even at offpeak hours. ![]() I have called their Techs to no avail telling me that the Legacy network that i have cannot achieve 1mbps but it is however, stable is this normal guys or i need to forward my concern to one of the PLDT Email add posted here? ![]() please advice and thank you very much! |
