@softtouch_ph: check nko bro, plan 1995. it should be 2000kbps download and 768kbps upload pero bsan 768kbs upload ila gi set kay less than 200kbps rman ako upload makuha so ang usa ka techie nila gi set ug 1000kbps ako upload para atleast mka kuha ko close to normal na upload speed which is 300-360kbps average. Then in the past 3 weeks nka bantay ko na 30-70kbps nlng ako upload. pag check nko ako modem nka set nlng didto 640kbps ako upload speed which is ang result nlng akong makuha is 30-100kbps average. Then ingon sila mo tawag lang sila balik, nya wa na ni tawag dayon

In your profile at pldt, they cap your bandwidth to your subscribed speed. Sometimes, this morons make mistakes and set a lower rate then it should be. If this is the case with your connection, you have to complain it and telling them that the link speed you get is below your subscribed speed. Problem is, to explain that idiots what you mean... they cant barely count from 1 to 10. Try what I did. I called them and ask "Hey, quick question, how many centavos are in one (1) peso?"... guess what the answer was? wahahaha... yeah, you are right, they did not know it... thats about their knowledge. But, its now again crap, like usual. No bandwidth, yahoo times out... nothing new with other words. Upstream again 0. Update: I just tested it. Teleglobe times out again... and with this, Yahoo and other websites. Speedtest singapore: downstream 1/3 only, upstream test never starts. |

First, 5 seconds "connecting to...", then "Waiting for reply", for about 10 seconds. Then once the page is loaded, starting the speedtest takes another 10 seconds ('connecting to speedtest.com.sg..."). Then, downstream is about 2.5mbit, upstream does not start at all. Time outs starts at teleglobe's 2nd. hop. |

ha ha haa...
to singapore will not pass to teleglobe (ur favorite and prefered route), instead to cybwerway & starhub... if that so, that's routing problem. need ur actual tracert pls or u can send to my mailbox... |

Also, 58.71.20.227 times out... Yahoo goes via teleglobe, thats what I meant. Singapore is almost dead. pldtplay takes ages to open. |

two weeks pa lang mi sa amo subscription, first week ok ra but then pagka second week naka experience nami og slow to no connection, sigeg lang ko tawag help desk and the best thing that the front agents could do is file a report regarding our complaints, then hope ma resolve asap, pero sa many instances that i called for help, sa sunod pa adlaw ma restore to normal ang connection,
daghan kayo ko questions sa mga fla nganong ingon in-ani kabati ang ila service, and of course tuyok-tuyokan lang ka sa ila tubag haay, maka-ingon man sad ko usahay nga mas maayo ang dial up kay at least 'wysiwyg' but ang pldt mydsl erratic kayo ang service sorry kung medyo nagdrama ko, nagpahungaw ra ko sa akong gibate  , mas mayo dire na lang i voice out ako frustrations kaysa adto nako ipabuhagay sa luoy unya nga agent makatubag kung manawag ko |
