asa pwede mureklamo bahin sa ila speed? except sa dsl hotline nila. i've had it.. i'm paying 999 for their internet. promised at least 300+kbps. kamo daw judge. sakto ba ni na speed?

I called them twice today. After a while, I got a little technical, talked about bras and their cisco routers, and they did not know anymore what to say... hahaha...

The link speed the modem report is not the speed you get.
For example, if your profile is configure to 512kbps, your modem will display about 512kbps, but you might get just 300kbps because of distance and other factor.
In my case, my modem report a link speed of about 11mbps, but I get effectively only 8mbps, so I loose 3mbps, because of distance.

my connection is fine. but sometimes my max download on my utorrent is only 30kbps anyone have the same problems? its not so often naman but gets annoying ^^

there's not a day in a week that i wont give them a call and complain about their freaking service.
last time i called them, i shouted at the supervisor and warned them about this. so far im not experiencing it for 2 straight weeks now, but heck snail speed bandwith..

you guys should consider yourselves lucky, we guys using globe are even in deeper ****. also if i may nicely put it, the reps and even their sups can't really do anything about it. they maybe tech support but if the prob's rootcause is more than they could handle, it can be twice as frustrating on their part. i should know.

but it doesn't mean that we should just take this straight up like we do our milk every night. complaining is still good, keeps them awake, keeps them on their toes.

in otherwords pldt is FAVORING manila so much coz its there main market even if pldt dsl reach my place its still difficult to get good connection anywayz im contented with globe for the moment

naa pud diay problems ron ang PLDT? plano na ta ra ba nako mo balhin.. kinsa taga guadalupe area diri, kana dapit sa gaudalajara, feedback daw sa inyong connection if okay ra ba or your also having problems sa inyo connection.
