Im a plang 999 subscriber and as advertised it is 1mbps in CEBU, im getting 50~60kb/s only thats like 0.3~0.4 if the 1.0 they advertise.

Mo taas inyo latency mga 5pm-10pm? wa man japon na au ako connection. Taas au akong latency every 5pm til 10pm. As usual mo ana ra ang mga techies na ok daw ako connection sa ila pag check nila.

They wont do anything in favor of Cebu. Why should they? What can we do? They do not expect that we do anything beside complaining...
