no really. . . para sa plan 888 nila nga 256k wala man koy problems. . . abot gud ug 300. . .

and bro im not that innocent, back when my dsl line was new, i kept on calling 171. . . so as of now no problems yet. . .

I currently applied for Plan 1295 sa PLDT they said that is up to 512 kbps ang speed.
Below is the GUI interface of my zyxel p-600 DSL modem , my question is ari ba nato mahibaw an ang speed na gi allocate sa PLDT?
i have a red marker on the pic below saying na up to 384 lng ? any 1 has the idea of this?

thats the reason, you have the plan in which the level of speed is a CIR-alike the network is bursting out.

actually, distance attenuation affects that. that is one of the factors. even if you are configured as 512kbps there in their exchange/dslam/pop, the distance eats and degrades the sync up to your cpe.


though you can still complain for that but they have their "up to" and "80%" reasonings in which might give you headaches.


anyway, rate plans in their control room are categorized by profiles so if it is already configured there as "512kbps profile plan", then that is it. its the factors that shall give you bullsh*t.
