As fas as I know, Manila subscriber have less problems (almost no problems).
This looks quiet like PLDT give priority regarding routing to manila, and route Visayas and Mindanao regions via one router only, without balancing the traffic between the router...
I just talk 5 minutes ago with somebody who also told me that Manila and Cebu are not able to cooperate... the all-known war between Manila and Cebu...

ahak ani oi.. naa nasd kuno cla problema karon. hinay kaau ang connection. 134kbs. na unsa mana oi maguwang ra man sad dial-up. ila lng kuno paninguhaon na maau karon. ila kuno mga engineer kay nag ayo na daw.. hahay... mao ghapon ang script....

yes, thats the bad thing from those tagalogs technical team. they wont cooperate much in vismin team. race discrimination & boastfulness might also apply.

our vismin team sometimes get frustated about it. they do their best but they are crippled.

GRABEHA ANI PLDT OI!!! 3 days na ko dial up speed.. tabla ra ko wai net! imagine ang average DL speed nako is 2kb/s.

WTF!!!!!!
