i believe that its 1 year but guess what they mean is its because you have two accounts from them, so 1 year each of the two subcriptions. i have subscribed from them before and its 1 year lock-in. after a year experiencing b*llsh*ts from them, finally i cutted off the subscription, and took a breath til now.

that is very bad ... i remember when i experienced that thing also but in about 1 1/2 months of very blurred technical support that was really a nightmare to me... no internet connection for month plus...whew! .. i can say they are the worst company i have ever met.

hala mag mura d ai nang mga technical support rep sa PLDT? grabeha gud. naa nag send sa ako ug email na ni report ug down na DSL connection, na abut man noun sa murahana ang ila storia. kuyawa gud. hehehe. knsa ganahan mangau kay ako sendan sa ako email. para maka dungog sad mo sa mga Technical rep sa PLDT.hehehehe.

Hi!
I have a PLDT MyDSL connection that is under contract for 2 years ending January 2007. For the past year i've been paying 1,995.00 or something like that. D ba 995.00 na lang ang DSL sa PLDT karon? Wala ba na sila automatic adjustment of charges? |

unfortunately, if they don't give you that speed upgrade, you can't do crap about it because it's on the fine print of the contract you signed...same thing happened to me...ang 2500 nga connection is already supposed to be 5mbps krn...pero ang ila hatag nko kay 768 japn...dli ko kapalag kay under contract pa man japn ko... so....simple...i wont renew my contract.....i'll go globe...or mozcom.... |

We were down since 7PM last nightbut it's up and running again though. The PLDT agents are nice and polite but they seem to not have any idea what's going on in the Installation side of the story.
They kept telling me the issue was being looked at by their engineers.
