First, try pldtplay to check your connection to the first server.
If this is ok, try speedtest.net, singapore.
Quezon City is bayantel... so their network might be slow...

mao na diha wala gyuy laing nindot na choices... pero sa akong pldt has been stable a couple weeks with skype chat pa all day! pro naay usahay ra gyud na ma disconnect pro-mobalik radayon by restarting my router.. and the speed is very stable at my plan for like couple months already.... hope i wont have the nightmare again as u guys have!

FYI ...they dont have internet access... only regular employees can do that...then for me...wlay mag ionternet sa office kay puro busy ang mga tao...
