I just bought a 2nd hand cpu here, and i want to access internet. whats the best plan?. budget unta is 999 lng. hehe. so smart bro, globe, pldt, or bayan?

I'm using Globe Data Only DSL for 995 a month. The download speed that I'm getting ranges from 800 kbps to 1 Mbps. It's much faster compared to what I'm getting before with Smart. I've both tried Smart bro 999 postpaid plan as well as the Smart bro prepaid kit and ended up frustrated. Go for Globe DSL!
