NTC issues rules on longer prepaid Load Validity

Prepaid mobile-phone subscribers have reason to rejoice nowadays.

The validity of a P10-or-less load credit is valid for up to three days;
up to seven days for P10-20 load;
up to 10 days for P20-30 load;
up to 14 days for P30-40 load;
up to 17 days for P40-P50 load;
up to 20 days for P50-60 load;
up to 24 days for P60-70 load;
up to 21 days for P70-80 load;
up to 30 days for P80-90 load;
up to 45 days for P100-150 load;
up to 60 days for P150-200 load;
up to 90 days for P200-300 load;
up to 150 days for P300-600 load;
and up to 180 days for P600 to P1,000 load.

The validity period starts upon receipt of confirmation of the prepaid load purchased.

Nice move from NTC, but para nako mas maayo if mo focus sila ngano kawatan tag load kalit.. ive been a prepaid since year 2000 and sauna dli man kawatan akong load ug kalit sa provider.

Until now kawaton gihapon akong load since 2004. Di nako mag regular load puro nalang unli or combo.

Kanang Load Validity, wala pa nako na feel ron.

Try nako load ugma will see kung ni effect ba, kamo pud post nya mo kung ni effect ba ilang gi pang BOTBOT.

Hasol bitaw ni message nga "Subscribe now and get a FREE ringtone" hay maka ilad dyud, the reason nga gi ilisan nako akong sim kay dili ma unsubcribe, bisan gi send na sa imo ang FREE ringtone pero inig load nimo kaltasan dayon, then walay instructions unsaon pag unsubscribe, I tried to talk with the customer service gi pasa pasa lang ko, ingon nga dili daw sila nag offer ana. WTH!!!

Wala pa gyud ko ma impress sa NTC sa ilang gibuhat maski gi tas-an ang validity sa load. Dapat ang text to other network tag 25 cents ra. Ang head sa NTC nasuholan na sa mga big networks nga provide sa communication.

wala man gani to ni effect kadtong gipanghambug ni GMA sa iya SONA sa una nga ang text tag .50cents na lang. hehehe

Hahahaha katong sa sinado gi warningan na ang head sa NTC gamay nalang kuwang papason ang NTC kay lagot na kaayo to mga senator tungod sa pagka way kwenta nila.

Dako siguro gi tunol ang mga Big network sa NTC mao tikom ang baba, ang gi suhol unlimited call, text, internetl, new phones every month, or new cars every year.

Smart is still not following the NTC longer load validity so what I did is do a prank call to they're Customer Service.

Me: Hi Good evening Im one of the NTC representative and we are doing a survey to all Telcos regarding the validity of prepaid load. Just to let you know this call is recorded.

Agent: Yes good evening sir.

Me: Are you aware of the longer load validity.

Agent: (Dugay naka tubag, then gi hold ko kariyo) We are aware of the NTC rules on Prepaid load and we are currently studying on the NTC proposed load validity.

Me: Did you just say proposed? The rules on longer prepaid load validity is already signed by the Senate.

Agent: Im sorry sir. (Silent background, i think naka mute ang phone)

Me: Listen, can I get your name please? We will call back tomorrow for another survey.
