we already discussed using the word false advertising but its "technically" not. you have to read the fine print. however, it is misleading. but then again, misleading is almost equivalent to "lie" but, almost is also not equivalent.
the complaint has to be technical and not just a frustrated cry from a user. that's why we need your help to put it to words of substance that just doesnt bash at them, but rather tells them that this is wrong. |

Lets take an example of a 512kbps promo pakage by globe today, as advertized 512kbps by their website, if we take a test on quality data centers for maximum accuracy. I'm 100% that the promise speed will fail on accuracy, not bec the data center lack accuracy, not bec the advertizement is just misleading, its bec. everthing is just a lie.

ang nakabati man gud ani kay we are paying og dako na fee and grabe bya sila maningil ha!!! if u cant pay sa deadline, disconnect dayon after pila ka days, mora tag gi.buang ani!!! pldt sucks!!!!!!

dugay kau gi taud sa PLDT among DSL almost a month.. nawagtang pa gyud an papel nga gi signan namo.. all features like ndd, idd, call waiting was cut.. pero for 3 days na na taud na gyud ok man ang connection.. ambot lang pud sa ilang customer service ani..

ako almost 1 month ko walay internet sa GLOBE....*sigh* bati sad ang globe...parihas walay mapili...pero karon ra gi ayo sa globe taga adlaw ko manawag....nya dugay kaayo nila gi lihok..

im paying 2500 per month and i get 600-700kbps.. other are paying 1995 for 1.2MBps... and all the people i PLDT had to say was "SIR, i change nlng inyu plan sir, we cant do anything about the speed coz karaan inyu plan".... this is some serious BS really... i have been with PLDT for 1yr and a half and this is how they repay their loyal costumers "daan mana inyu plan sir"count me in.. |

They trick me with the pldt and smart promo!!! They didnt even bother to advertise it that it has already been stop(if they advertised it then it was so short that i didnt know the promo has been stop!!!) i end up paying a whooping amount of P8,000 in a month's bill!!! i complain about it and write it on paper... all i received was a call saying sorry because...blah3x this and blah3x that! PLDT, kiss my a*s.... Count me in! |
