Default help: internet sharing problem

I need some opinions/suggestions on how to share my internet connection. Eventhough i already use an asus router RX3041 but still i can't share my internet connection to my other computer. I think there's something wrong with my TCP/IP configuration in my other computer that is beyond my knowledge capacity to solve. Here's the TCP/IP configuration of my computer that has an existing internet connection: IP address(10.3.1.30), Subnet mask(255.255.0.0), Default gateway(10.3.0.1), Preferred DNS server(192.168.0.1). Thanks

i assume kana imo router kay 1 port ra unya ang nag gamit kana pc nga naka online na.. ask ko how do you connect the other pc(no internet) to the network?? a switch or o cross cable? if its a peer-to-peer connection please check if your using the right cables...

here's the set-up: from MODEM to ROUTER then from ROUTER TO PC 1 & PC 2. I think the modem is a router/modem coz whenever i plug into the WAN port there's no internet connection but if i plug into the LAN port there would be connection. Before i got my internet connection i used my router just only to inter-connect my two computers for LAN game purposes and it works fine through dynamic addressing hence i lack knowledge in networking.

@MeMing: bro, Cable modem (Scientific Atlanta dpc2100r2) MAC 001BD7124560 . By the way my ISP is Toledo Cable TV. My router is ASUS RX3041. Both PC can't connect to the internet if i will plug in the WAN port. Also, only one PC (the one that was configured by my ISP technicians) could connect to the internet whenever i plug in one of my LAN ports. Thanks

how does the PC that was configured by your ISP's technicians connect? does it need to DIAL (in which case PPPoE ang connection)? or does it automatically have internet connection when you plug the cable from your ISP's modem to one of the LAN ports?

you have to be specific on how the internet connection is installed. Dial-up or DSL? just set the router as DHCP server and act as a gateway server to all the PC's. auto obtain on the LAN Side... hope it works.
