Default Smartbro Intermittent Connection

Hi Guys, I've got this intermittent connection with my Smartbro this week, but got worst last night, wa na jud klaru ang connection sometimes pili ra ang website iya ma sudlan... I tried this one on different PC(with cloned MAC Address) still the same gihapon mahitabo.. tsk tsk tsk. Is this also happening to you? paeta pud ug ako ra usa ani dah... My location is in Minglanilla, Cebu,last november pa ni nku ang Smartbro.

bro.. i suggest raising your Canopy Antennae higher.

common problems in smart bro is signal quality, thats why you get no net.

Wala man pud naka ali, line of sight rman ang site, pero naa kahoy in the middle but I think dili na to mag matter cuz wala pa ako smartbro naa nman to na kahuy den this week rman pud ni nagkaproblema. Is there a possibility na ang problema naa sa canopy? can it be reset?

the canopy's cannot be reset its an 'antennae', you might be using a defective equipments.

wala epek man tingali ang silingan..sa una ako ra usa dire..karon i see around 8 to 10...pero mao ra man gihapon ako internet experience.
DL using peer to peer around 40 to 60 Kbps man lang gihapon.

if intermittent imo connection...try isolating it first.

if you can borrow a laptop or another PC then try SMARTbro on that laptop/PC.
If wala kay mahulaman nga laptop, palit na lang ug bag-o nga LAN card.

Kini ako-a...katulo o kaupat na tingali nag ilis ug LAN card. mokalit lang ug intermittent o mohinay. Inig ilis nako sa LAN card...mo normal na man ang connection. Basin naay power surge o lightning unya na apektohan ang LAN card...
