HATEMAIL - although rumors are hambugiro daw ni sila (ambot if tinuod) but wat i appreciate in this band is that they really PLAY ALL ORIGINALS! limpyo sad manukar... support local metal!

AGNAS - first time i saw them last year ako jud ni sila nasaway but wen i saw dem in dat Metalfest thingy in May, they really impressed me.

ZZUBU - aw kani jud, wa koy bati masulti except dat murag si TOOOOT ang ilang TOOOOT... TWO THUMBS UP ko ani nila... horns up pa gani \m/ HIGHWAY TO HELL!!! \m/

MINDFOOL - one thing i REALLY dont like ani nila kay ang tingog sa ilang vocals (no offense ha), but other than that, sa intsrument na part, ang ilang music, d way they play it, AYUS jud KAYU!! limpyo... pro in time, mu improve rana ang tingog sa inyo bokalista bai... pashagita na hantod mahutdan ug tingog... lol
hey there celpon....mind telling me, when did u first witnessed nag tukar ang AGNAS? hehehhehe...

as for Cebu's best in Metal, the ff for me are:

Demise-tight group, death metal precision
Comatose-heralds of the old school form
.................................................. .........Nuff said!!!

i've been to the states for a much long year!!watching gigs specially underground gigs!!!

then i can compare HM to those technical underground band from the states!

morag dli man preha!!heheheh..wala sa nanaway but being a technical metal??!!!

i think HM does not deserve to be called Technical Metal!!!

ilang guitars dli technical!!! ilang tunes does not sound technically metal!!!

samot ilang drums!mora ra og rock beats lng!!

wala ko nanaway!comment lng!

and about sa pantera attitude..............................LAYOA ra jud oi!

Mao... Wala pa pd ko kita.
Kung ang basehanan sa uban k kung season ba mu-lead or "hasi" (*pra nko DILI na "HASI" ang banda na saba ang tukar pro mrg statuwa ang mga membro sa stage...) KUNO ang usa ka banda k mao nana ang technical - mrg d pd tingai ei... D rmn tignai na maoy basehanan... mao...mura bag a.l.a. Dream Theater or math metal greats Meshuggah nga mag nganga ug mag katol imo utok ug mag panikad imo ispirito sa pagpaminaw, almost like listening to science na when it comes to technical metal music. (wel, its just me humble opinion though)

Oo, more or less prehu atung opinion regarding the term "technical" - not the usual time signatures, then dghn patterns, dghn parts, dili predictable. There are some bands dre though that has these elements but probably not enough to label them as pure technical bands...

Haha btaw bai... And another thing, kana pd mu engun na technical ug "experimental" sila k tungod mugamit silag mga effects - mrg sayup pd na na notion.
Don't get me wrong though, dghn jd kaau maayu na banda dre Cebu pro d lng tingai sakto na tawgon sila ug "technical-metal" na banda...
