i have an idea... instead of kicking them out why don't you expand it nalang?

for example if naa sila songs nga dili kaya iplay then dont let them play it. find another guitarist and drummer who can play ur complicated songs..

then when its time to play ur old stuff, let the original drummer and guitarist play..

in that case everybody's happy and expanded pa inyo banda.klase klase ug sounds ang mahimo ana...

in order for a musician to grow, you should mold and encourage them and teach them instead.

a great example of this kind of band is Broken Social Scene, Of Montreal, and Arcade Fire.
