Looking For: surplus music instruments outlets.

I hope sakto ni nga department para mag post ani.. since na.ay thread nga na puno nalang og mga inquiries about a surplus store nya ma o.t nya ta, so i decided to open this thread..

as far as i knw kay kanang philjap.. mga used yamaha guitars.

Akong amigo, one of the owners of The Outpost, bought his Epiphone Hummingbird acoustic guitar at KIKU trading. Unahan na sa KIA motors, padung sa first mactan bridge. Naa tapad sa Sugbuanon Bank...dili pa kaabot sa Prince Warehouse club...naa na sila'y website...just Google KIKU/used musical instruments.

JARDULS, just past Pardo Parish Church, atbang sa Abellanosa barbeque....it's a pawnshop, dili surplus store, of musical instruments. Naa pud didto daghan amps, wind instruments and mixers.

Sa boundary sa Cebu City and Talisay, just past Prince Warehouse Club, naay Korean nga surplus store diha selling amplifiers, aside from TVs. Before, daghan pud na sila'y guitars nga MIK. They also have MIK keyboards, pang begginers......

still not sure if the name is PhilJap...will know when I pass there again....just discovered an earlier Istorya thread re: PhilJap..it used to be in Mandaue, selling surplus stuff, particularly appliances.....wala na daw sila sa Mandaue....the bodega WesBorland and I am referring to is near the Commission on Audit building, unahan sa CCSAT if you are coming from SRP....turn right sa iskina sa Commission on Audit and it's on your left side after 40 meters, infront of Casing Heavy Equipment Services nga office....kana nga lugar halos puros bodega selling plywood products....halos tanan nga sakyanan coming from north reclamation going to SRP or downtown anha mo agi...

Binglen's branch sa Labangon also has guitars, acoustic and electric, usually MIK and MIC copies of strats......

dili lang mag expect og dako when buying surplus...it's for beginners or those buying for beginners...kanang dili pa sure nga mo padayun og pagka-musician...test lang dyud with amp to be sure nga in good working condition.....usik ra ba mo palit og brand new unya padaplin lang after several months or lessons, sakit kaayo sa ni gasto....... Before, there was a studio/shop diri tapad sa McDonalds-Mambaling, daghan pud guitars and amps baligya, mostly owned by locals...daghan Squires and Ibanezs. Nawagtang man lang pud og kalit.........Naa pud bag-o ra na wala, diri gihapon sa Mambaling, kadtong atbang sa Cebu Bionic Hardware....balhin daw toh siya sa southexpressway, duol sa CIT, pangitaon unya nako. Mga MIJ guitars and basses pud to iyaha. Karaan toh siya nga musician.....naa toh unta siya baligya Epiphone nga Strat body, wala lang dyud ko'y kwarta that time.....

12T something daw bro....vintage sunburst finish with the Gibson truss rod cover and pickguard, no electronics.....suya kaayo ko, nindot kaayo og tinggog..tagingting kaayo....try googling KIKU TRADING and add Cebu....na delete man nako sa history sa Mozilla gud....
