with regards to your 300k downpayment, I can request a lower down payment percent to get the target for 300k, but it will be after we have submitted the financing form (C.I.).

I tried computing on a 16% Down payment and I got a total cash out of P294,360.90. its closer to our 300k target for the down payment. but the 16% down payment is still under approval from our financing service, in this case the BANK.

with regards to ur query about if its ok to have a 300k d/p? we have a minimum percentage for the downpayment and its 20%. Installment for 5 years, yes its very much doable.
for your d/p, im going to assume that its the final amount or the amount that ur going to pay for everything for the total cash out.
