Water7 arc of One Piece has got to be the best story arc for One Piece!

It seems that I don't have to wait for Gerusama's encodes of the Water7 arc for One Piece
Seems that another group (actually a combination of two groups), ADC & A-E is on the scene to provide more recent episodes of One Piece
Though their encodes are deemed of lesser quality than Gerusamas, it would still be great for getting the latest eps

I'm loving the series, 170+ episodes watched so far and it still seems as fresh and new as episode 1.

I gotta wonder though, why did the groups stop subbing at ep 170 or so and started again at ep 200?
