Why anime should be BANNED

1. Because it spreads immorality disguised as "culture trends", "art", and "fads"
2. Because it promotes atheism and makes no acknowledgement of God
3. Because the stories promote violence and immorality a lot, proving to be a threat to Filipino culture and values that are based on Christianity
4. Because they make children violent, impulsive and go homosexual
5. Because they stop people from going to church, reading the Bible and worst of all, it stops them from praying to God

Anime should be banned. This way, Filipino life and culture will be preserved, and Cebu's way of life will benefit from the moral cleansing.

my lil sister and brothers who are by the way filipino citizens are hooked on anime. i don't see anything wrong with it. they still continually go to Church and had never been involve in fight or indecency.. again, Parental Guidance is always advised.. besides, our 7 year old lil girl won numerous awards in drawing and her favorite subject is anime

Anime is detriminal to Catholicism, Filipino values and our culture.

Does Cebu need anime? NO

Do Filipinos need anime? NO

At least he made his own thread rather than spamming in another thread. I respect your opinion, pero you know what I think? You had some bad experience with anime. Probably anime's you've seen are the one's called hen tai. There are different types of anime and if proper parental guidance or viewer discretion is applied, then there should be nothing wrong with watching anime or being a fan of anime.

EDIT: Then if you think anime should be banned, then should it be the same for movies, television shows etc?
