gitan-aw bitaw nako kaso paspas ra for me... lahi sad ko if mag solve ko sa bottom colors kay ang 1st layer always on top... mag lisud ko re-orient sa moves. heheheh

- inconsistent lang ang quality, some are hard, some too loose and all eventually fall apart while solving when they get worn out. no stock most of the time. hannahs and some other giftshoppes - 30 to 50 php - cheap quality, the pieces crak and you cant put them back together again. play to learn ayala - 799.95 (as of march 2 200  - overpriced but original... assured good quality... mahal lang gyud. buy nalang cguro ta outside the philippines if naa mu'y kaila.. hehe... oh ya, i started cubing pag. december 2007, just before new years, maka.adik.. hehe.. i average 2 mins or less.. my fastest was 1.17.. but bery slow pa.. hehe.. |

heheh... funny experience i had just this afternoon...
sakay ko jeep sa mactan terminal padung unta uli sa mandaue... naa koy nakasakay duha trying to solve their cubes... one of them (atbang jud nako) got the first layer solved... he then asked his friend nga tapad ra nako on how to solve the bottom layer... heheheh... pero nakalimut siguro to iya friend... as he was ABOUT to put away his cube, NAKAHIRIT jud ko kung pwede nako hulaman... wahhehehehehehehehehehahahahheheh!!!! ADIK jud sah  heheheh so... i told him na later part na ang pag solve sa bottom layer... ehehehe... i showed him the move in solving the second layer... too bad hapit nako abot sa amo... mao nga i asked for his number... his name is Louei and i'm hoping nga maka visit siya dire sa istorya.net .... ako man jud gi-teksan dayon nga mo-visit jud siya dire sa istorya.net heheheheh mayni para magkadaghan ta... and hoping one day nga magka-tapok ta ninyo... share ta technique... dili ko satisfied sa akong technique... to Louei.... happy cube time!!! ehehehehehe |

hehe..had experienced that urge too,bro..
tapad nako sa canteen unya nag solve2x sila ila cube pero wala jud sila idea kay usa ra ka side ila primi solve..ka hiriton kaayo ko pero pugngan lang nako ako kaugalingon kay ingnon unya show off ko..hehe |

hahaha and i believe i had a hand in that:P though i won't say i was the one who brought it back but about 2 years ago i went scouring for one of these. i was looking for the original and had a heck of a time finding any. i went to all the toy stores i could find in cebu and left my name and number with some of them. asked some friends from cebu and out of cebu to look for one. even as far as asking a friend from US to send me one if i couldn't get any within that month. and oh got my siblings hooked too and they got their friends hooked who also went scouring for more. LOL.
ahm there are some 4x4 and 5x5 being sold in town. if i remember correctly there's that toy store near rai rai ken. but i am sure that the toy store on the 2nd floor of jy square mall does carry it but sometimes out of stock cla. just try going there. or u can let me know so i can check it for you. anyway, it's a great game to play but so frustrating! don't have the patience but i give my hands to my bro who got to finish this and i believe he finished the 5x5 in a day or was it 2. and no cheating too! |
