wala ko nakatake ani akoa ra amigA..slim naman ko daan sis good..yup niloss xa ug 5lbs in a month gamit niya ani 2 caps a day...

sis ask ko balik ha! hehehe.. interested ko pero i just want to make sure gud... dili ta mag cgi ug visita ani ug CR? hehehe.. kay naka tried nako ug lots of pills, magcgi man ko ug visita sa cr gud... hassle kau kay work baya ko...

sis im sure dili jud kay before ko ngtry ug balgya dri nisuway sko ug take for a week wla rman as in normal ra kay wla man gud ni xa LAXATIVE effect (wen u say laxative meaning pra kalibang so dili jud ka mabother ani sis)and 1 thing is good for fit right is it has AMPALAYA ingredients coz why naay ampalaya because sometimes naay tawo nga if lower na eya cholesterol motaas eya sugar so to be sure gebutangan nlng n ug ampalaya pod arn protection nga manormalize japon inyo sugar level...mostly mga nurses sa chong hua gabalgya pod ani kay akoa mana mga uban sa work before...

mao bah... pila pod ka days / weeks makita ang result sis? is it necessary to use pod ug ultima-c para mu effect? kay naka basa man gud ko sa uban mga post diri sa istorya na mas dali daw kuno ang effect if mu take pod ka ug ultima-c? how true is it?
