ey, just wanna ask. i jst installed itunes then i converted some movies using itunes. pero wala lagi sound ang converted video. ngano mani? or should i use 3rd party software? if so, can anyone suggest what to use. My friend is also having this same prob with his Ipod Classic when converting his music videos.

hey bai, welcome the the iPhone users thread. As to your problem, have you tried converting your movies using 3rd party software? You can try xillisoft that's what I have been using.

try restoring while you are in bootloader mode.

Bootloader mode:
Hold Home button and Power button then after 10 seconds release the Power button.

Unsaon pag upgrade to 2.0 JBen from 1.1.4 JBen nga dili mawagtang ang contacts, files etc. Make backup lang?

before ka mo upgrade kay sync sa....

make sure ur itunes s 7.7
