well iphone 8gb keeps dropping in price...1/4 price off last time i checked coz gi phase out naman.

n95 and n95 8gb keep appreciating in price...again today it went up in price by 200 to 400 pesos from last week. imagine i bought my N95 8gb about a year ago (1st release) at 29k. today price hovers above 26k-27k still. my sister bought an N95(classic 1gb) about 6 months ago at around 21k...now n95 is still priced around 21k. thats value

hey i could also put up for sale my used n95 8gb at 50,000 and my sisters n95 1gb at 60,000 on ebay or here in istorya...yes thats crazy.
and it doesnt change the fact that its brand new worth today is only around 27,000 and 21,000 respectively.

sure people try to price there beloved iphone for 450$ but that doesnt change the fact that the brand new is only worth 199$ and therefor the older model iphone 8gb even less than that...

but the $199 price of the iphone 3g is accompanied with a 24 month contract.
ang price without the contract is $599 and $699 for the 8gig and 16gig according to everywhere sa internet.

tanan phones mapa nokia, ericsson, samsung, motorola.... mubarato jud basta naka plan.... the higher the plan, the cheaper the unit goes, even up to a point nga ma libre na ang unit. ky kung tinu-od nga $199 ra ang iphone without a plan, ay sos, tagsaan nakog palit iphone ako mama, papa, sister, ug ako palit pud usob.

iphone is better because nokia's N series are very slow. some are fast at first but after storing messages it really gets slow. the iphone/iphone 3G may lack features that the N95 offers but N95 can not replace the user experience of the iPhone.

IPhone 3G: iPhone 3G's True Price Compared

http://www.istorya.net/forums/gizmos...iphone-3g.html (The new iphone 3g)

http://www.istorya.net/forums/gizmos...th-2008-a.html (iPhone 3G is finally official, starts at $199, available July 11th 2008)

here ya go... the exact price of the iphone 3g without plan attached may still not be very clear, some say $599 or $699, some say P25,000. but it's definitely not $199. $199 is simply too good to be true.

even china phones cost P7,000 nowadays. and if $199 jud, what would happen to the ipod nanos and ipod videos nga du-ol ra ang price range? they would be killing their own products.

alright even so...(although none of your links show CONFIRMED price for no lockup while 199$ is confirmed price)
in this thread we are still talking about the original iphone 8gb vs n95
and based on this
Clearing iPhone inventory in Europe
its selling from €399 yesterday(figuratively speaking) to €99 today. thats still 1/4 price drop overnight. no matter the plan and what not, thats still major depreciation...

iphone 8gb is now PHASED OUT...OUT DATED...STOP PRODUCTION...in less than a year...
if it was that good to begin with, they wouldnt phased out production is such a short time...
n95 is already 2 years and still going strong and at the same value today as it was sold 6months ago...

hey, y not compare iphone 3G and n96, dba? n96 will be out sometime soon.

didn't you even think na the iphone was the 1st cellphone that apple built and its really making that kind of a buzz. and what cellphone have you heard of that people are already queing up 1 week before its officially release? in any country?

Japan - http://www.engadget.com/2008/07/09/i...t-wear-a-suit/
New York - http://www.engadget.com/2008/07/04/i...ne-week-early/
New Zealand - http://www.engadget.com/2008/07/08/i...er-in-waiting/

what cellphone have you heard that gives you free updates for new features?
