Does virus has something to do with quick discharging of battery even if it is new? I bought a new battery yesterday ( finland made )coz my old one is already overused and after charging i used it but to my surprise it drains too fast. It doesnt even end the following day.

Really need some advice here...

and yes majority if not all s60 virus will cause battery to drain faster due to its activity that it carries out...

however its not compatible with full irda capability...its crippled thats why you can't just send pic to it via ir

as for the v200 s2p!d fone! can't even use the IR. it turns on alright but i'm not sure what's the use of the IR.

antivirus prevents virus to infect the device after its been installed.
it can remove the virus but cant repair the damage it had caused na...so if problematic na imo phone. it needs to be repaired na. but if ok pa then its should be fine.
