WRONG!! DKU-2 is true USB just like CA-53...thats why they function on the same units...units with MP3 compatibility that require true USB connectivity!

they are similar...same circuit/connectors...same functions...same compatibility...etc.
CA-53 are usually the freebie that comes with unit packages today.

sa original nokia DKU-2 and CA-53 lahi ang factory ga make nila...lahi material used like different wire gi gamit coz different manufacturer...
the original DKU-2 wires used doesnt officialy comply with USB2.0 specs so technically the original CA-53 is slightly faster throughput than the original DKU-2 but both are designed the same, pin outs and all, thats why they work the same...

but this doesnt apply to 3rd party cables like what im selling here is still named DKU-2 because its the most well known pero ang look is that of the CA-53 already.
bottomline, it works and supports USB2.0 data transfer and synchronisation up to 230kbps.

CA-42 and DKU-5 is the ones using virtual com port via usb.

CA-53, DKU-2 and DKE-2 are all pure USB cables.

note that not all phones work with full USB2.0 speed like the 6230 but CA-53 should be backward compatible
there is no list of phones that are officially USB2.0 compatible in any nokia reference guide so far.

Hi,

Do you have cable that can connect a Sony Ericsson K608i with an HP iPAQ H5500? I need to connect them all day, but Bluetooth saps out the power from both devices. Maybe a cable is a better solution. =)
