.. hhehehe. I guess you're right on that. We should suggest to our foreign friends to log in to istorya.net before coming to cebu, coz, i'm not being biased,www.istorya.net basically covers most of what Cebu is all about.

..anyway, where's that complete list of jeepney routes ?? thx

and there are threads here on what beaches would be nice to go to as well as a thread on where would be a good place to eat (with good service)...

basta for me, if you're in a new place, try to feel your way around and don't make yabang, if you're nice and sincere, no one would ever shoot you down, but if you're mahangin...

Just some casual observations.

*As a pedestrian or as a driver, please do not underestimate Cebuano drivers both private and public, they can be as careless, ruthless and murderous as any true-blue Pinoy driver.

*As like anywhere with anyone, politeness and courtesy will earn you points in the hearts of Cebuanos, be they strangers or friends. Do not speak loudly if its not necessary, too.

*Please don't be arrogant or "hilas", especially if you're speaking a dialect other than Bisayan.
