i can see only one flaw about people from manila (mga tagalog).
they tend to underestimate cebuanos.

that's good if you are not staying for more than 2 minutes here in cebu.

be aware that taxi flagdown is 30 pesos, first meter movement(2.50) is about 500 meters and 200-300 meters for the succeeding meter movements

.. don't act ignorant. Pretend to know the place. In terms of jeepney routes; always keep in mind that Metro Gaisano Colon is the " heart " of it all. Almost all of the routes pass thru there.

jeepneys that have routes extending beyond Cebu City has their designaetd terminal, One Citilink for the South-bound PUJ's and northbound PUJ's usually converged along Highway Seno in Mandaue

and it would be helpful to note that jeepney fare here is cheaper than in Manila... only P6
