nagdalidali tingali sya haron makaapalit ug motor... basin sale diay toh ang motor that time.. hehe

pero bro lisod jud nah mabawi basta nabaligya nah kay madoble na presyo ana sa yuta.... it happens sa
elder-brother sa akong mom nga gibaligya yuta nila w/o a 2nd thought kay gi gamble sa ilang treasure hunting daw..sigh >,<... pero kaluy-an sa Ginoo na bawi among yuta but 1/4 only... kay sobra jud kaau kamahal.. hahayz lisod jud nah

gibaligya nya ang iyang yuta pra lng mka palit og motor for habal2x..... pra in the future, kng sakto na iyang wawarts ky mo palit na pd cyag yuta!

mura mag ibaligya ang cellphone pra naai ikapalit load.

Ang nakapait lang kay pagbaligya niya 250/sqm. Karon gihimo ug subdivision, ang price sa yuta 3000/sqm. Paki compute kong pila iyang kansi? tsk tsk tsk!

Sayop kaayo,gi-loan lang usa to wala gyud gi-baligya,pila ra man ng motor karon naay 50-60K,kaya kaayo impason ang loan kung kugi lang pud ug pamasahero.

Lisud jud mag explain sa taw nga mgpaka aron-ingnun nga kabalo xa. mao² pod nag batasan imong cuzin sa landlady dinhi . mgpa bilib nga kabalo pro pag panguntan-un na nmo... mag lingo² na ky wa kabalo ug unsay itubag.

Landlady namo dinhi... gpa undangan ug renovate ang balay ky g.una ug pa process ang license sa iyang motor, mypa ang motor gpa blessingan na... pero ang Apo wala pa jud na bunyagan, almost 1 yr na .
