murag didto lagi ko ato pag kaon ninyo galadriel. murag dungan ta. naka post pod ko sa page 27 about spice fusion dre mi ni lingkod dapit sa entrance across sa ila cashier kamo naa mo lapas gamay sa counter nila. kadungog ko ga lalis ang ang mga staff sa spice fusion sa inyo pudding and sa mango roll kamo diay to....

I ordered a coconut pudding, my hubby ordered the almond pudding, my sis-in-law and her hubby ordered the crispy pata sort of dish (pork dish). the server came back and said that both puddings are not available. we changed our orders to mango roll and their version of halo-halo. after a couple of minutes the server came back again and said that our first order of dessert was available, then we said ok. we will stick with our first order. then minutes passed again he came back and said that the coconut pudding was not available so i said i'm ok with the mango roll. when the orders arrived, the coconut pudding was served and the server said it was the almond pudding. we said no, he insisted, we also insisted and asked for the menu and showed him the picture. thus our point was proven correct that what he served us was actually the coconut pudding (are they not familiar with what they are serving?). so i said, ok! i will take this pudding and cancel the mango roll. they'd rather cancel my pudding that was already on the table than cancel the mango roll that was still being prepared in the kitchen. quite confusing isn't it?! then the pork dish still wasn't served and my sis-in-law had to go to the counter to follow it up. then, the correct almond pudding arrived. after a couple more minutes the pork dish arrived. it took us around 30 or so minutes just to wait for our dessert and the pork dish to be served. to top it all off, when the bill arrived, we were billed more than we ordered, we ordered for an ice tea and had it canceled and changed with coke. the bill has the coke and the ice tea, no cancellation occurred. we had to point it out to the cashier for our bill to be adjusted and for us to be refunded. it was one stressful afternoon for us. I also missed my doctor's appointment just because of that lousy mistake.

It was my first time to dine in and was also hesitant because of the reviews i read in here but I was able to convince my Tita who ate there because of the Roti - indian pancake she really likes. Our orders were served promtly (roti,malaysian soup, fried pork, kangkong salad) but we ask different servers to give us additional fork, spoon and plate. And one thing i noticed and didn't like while waiting for our orders is that the tables and chairs were moving here and there. Gamay ra nimo nga lihok, muhiwi na dayon and table. Ila unta gibutangan ug rubber ang mga chairs as a stopper, slide man gud kaau ang floor tiles. My Tita even ask for the manager para maingnan unta ba kay kuyaw man gud like naa mi kauban bata or kung naa kuyog tiguwang, kuyaw mahulog ba.. Unfortunately sa duha ka servers nga amo gi.ask wa jud niya nameet ang manager or supervisor kay nigawas daw kuno. I told my tita not to worry kay mgpost ko diri sa istorya at least makabasa ang mga nakaila sa tag.iya sa restaurant ug ma ingnan and do something about this kay para safety and comfort sa mga customers.

Bisag hasol kaau nga cge mi ug pugong sa tables/chairs, ok man ang food. Nalamian man ko sa Roti -- but nipis lang gamay compare sa Roti nga ako natilawan before sa laing restaurant.

can you tell us what is "sinuglaw"?

Sinuglaw is Sinugba na pork belly and Kinilaw na isda, it's a great appetizer! :mrgreen: You should try it!! highly recommended

anton ego ka dyan. the seafood nga hotpot and the big noodles and the battered chicken kay lami. actually wala pa ako nakain dun nga dili lami hehehehe

it's true its one of the best filipino resto i've been to, wala ko nag expect nga ingun adto ka lami ug barato, didto ko sa ila restaurant sa banilad nikaun and i was really impressed, service was very prompt, i had bicol express, calamares, crispy pork ribs and sinuglaw, kumbate kaayo, mubalik nya ko didto to try the sinugbang kanding, murag lami to da!

anybody been to cream and bake in a.s fortuna? it's right beside joven's grill. although it comes out looking like a pastry shop, they also have hot items like fried chicken, soup etc.

my friends and i went there for lunch. it was their first time but i convinced them to go that far (we live in lahug) because i liked her espresso cake. (yup, i'm you dessert kind of girl)

we got there, we ordered and since my friend lani was so hungry, she opted to go for a soup for a first course. para dali ra daw... we ordered chicken, pork belly og unsa pa toh...

it took them more than 45 mins to get our chicken and rice out. we started eating, it was 1pm na, gutom na jud kaayo. and we thought, what about our soup? we called the waitress and asked her to cancel it. our point being that our soup shouldn't be served after the entrees, what's the point in that?! she said that they'd already started cooking it so we can't cancel. sorry. sheesh.

2/5 for their a la carte items
4/5 for their espresso cake. their desserts are good, but it doesn't make up for the bad service.
