Hi, stellaluna... sorry for the late reply, i've been offline (busy) lately.
Anyway, to answer your question, they're supposed to be chewy and moist in the center with a crisp outer coat...

Hey no worries ... thank you ... it sounds yummy ... can't wait to try it. I found your N0-Bake oatmeal macaroons. I want to try it, but I have I have to wait 'cause dessicated coconut is not readily available to me.

Hello! kinsa ang naa'y recipe sa Brazo de Mercedes? I really need ASAP. Hahaha.... kanang if mag butang mo og recipe, be sure na nah try na ninyo ha. Hehehe.... I know, daghan sa internet, pero I want to make it sure, kanang recipe akong sundogon kay na try na jud nila og kanang lami jud kau ha. Hehehe if u have some pictures on how to make it... It would be easier!!! thank u so much!!!

yeah...i would like to know what's the secret on brazo de mercedez...tried it numerous times the egg whites doesn't hold its form...mo de-flate man cya, perhaps flour will do the trick? how do they get it so round buggles the mind.....

I found this site -- recipe with pictures and the author already tried the recipe herself and she even gave some pointers. She explained the procedure very clearly. I will try the recipe myself.
