Default have you tried cakes and pastries without sugar?

Cookies, bars, muffins, cakes and many more...no sugar added.

Taste like the real thing....the moisture is just the time.

thank you for pointing out my mistakes..sorry kaayo, i'm a real newbie....

The prices are a bit higher than those of the regular, but not that high. I can send you the info sheet if you'll give me you're email address.

Hi! If your really craving for ensaymada, you can actually buy some at Kabayan Restaurant located at Lucky Plaza, if forgot how much but i think it was around $2.

I just tried this Chocolate Muffin recipe yesterday and it was oh sochocolatey, yummy and chewy! By the way, I used Hersheys brand for the unsweetened cocoa powder.

Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
6 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup butter
4 oz semisweet chocolate chips (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 180 deg C.
2. Grease 6 large muffin tins or cups.
3. Beat the eggs with sugar, mix with flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla and milk.
4. Fold in melted butter.
5. Add chocolate chips (please note that these might end up in the bottom of the muffin).
6. Bake for 350 degrees until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 30 mins.

If you wish for a strong chocolate flavor you can add 1-2 more tablespoons of cocoa powder.
