Focaccia and salsa.
to make salsa: 1. cut tomato, remove the seeds then chop it. (preferably baguio tomatoes) 2. add olive oil and balsamic vinegar 3:1 3. add pesto 4. add minced garlic 5. season with salt and pepper 6. set aside inside the ref to sip in the flavor since I don't know how to make focaccia bread, i top it over toasted bread or garlic pizza crust, add cheese as desired. |

i got this recipe from our buyer from the states when i was still a kid.
get a piece of slicebread ( the thicker the better. you can use wheat bread too so its even healthier) slather it with peanut butter. (any would do) get a piece of ripe banana and slice it into round circles. but the banana ontop of the slicebread and peanut butter toast sa toaster oven ![]() hope you'll like it as much as we do! =) |

Quesadilla
Place tortilla wrapper in the pan. Add sharp cheddar cheese - as much as you want. Fold in half. Turn once -- cook until cheese is melted. Serve with salsa. You may add anything you want -- meat, scrambled egg, green bell pepper, onions, mushroom .... The possibility is endless. Salsa 1lb Roma Tomato -- diced 1/4 cup cilantro -- chopped 1 small onion -- chopped 1 small jalapeno 1 tbsp lime juice salt garlic -- fresh or powdered mix all ingridients together |
