Default Recipe of the Day

Rouille
Use this spicy sauce to top your favorite baked or grilled fish.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups

2 cups Roasted red bell peppers (canned)
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
1/2 cup Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Pulse until a smooth sauce forms. Serve at room temperature. Store any unused portion in the refrigerator in a covered container.

Default Recipe of the day "Mashed Potatoes With Cream Cheese"

Mashed Potatoes With Cream Cheese
Cream cheese and sour cream add richness to traditional potatoes.

Serves 4-6

8 medium Potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
6 Tablespoons Butter
10 ounces Cream cheese, cut into pieces
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Milk (or more as needed)
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil the potatoes until soft. Drain and place in a mixer bowl. Add the butter, cream cheese and sour cream. Start on low speed. Add milk and increase the speed until the potatoes are smooth and light. Check the seasonings. Serve warm.

Default send me your recipe for lasagna

Ingredients - Sauce
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 large cans of tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 large can tomato paste
1 can of water
1 tablespoon oregano
1-1/2 tablespoons of basil
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
pepper to taste
Noodles and Filling:
1 box of lasagna noodles (par boiled)
1-1/2 pounds of ground beef
1-1/2 pounds of Italian sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pound of mushrooms, sliced (optional)
1/2 pound of mozzarella cheese, chopped
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of grated Romano cheese
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Sauce: Sauté onions and garlic until transparent in a little olive oil. Combine remaining ingredients. Simmer several hours until smooth and thick.
Noodles: Sauté onions in a small amount of olive oil. Add garlic. Grown ground beef, sausage, and mushrooms. Cool mixture. Mix the 2 beaten eggs into the mixture. Add salt and pepper. Toss cheeses together, set aside. Spread small amount of sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Line it with the noodles. Layer the meat mixture, sauce and the combination of cheese. Repeat this step ending with noodles on top. Spread remaining sauce, topped with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. :P :P :P

mas lami man gyud ng bingka nga naay liki eheheheheheh basta kanang bingka nga bugas post mo recipe ana b kanang tested ha pleaseeeeeeeeeee den if you want a recipe den nga wala mo ana ask me basin naa ko

asin gamay, 1 sprite, brown sugar, ketchup, toyo, green and red pepper seeds. bring to a boil. let cool, add gamay vinegar and black pepper. ready for marinades and sauce para b-b-q.

remember, ang marinade dili pud pwede gamiton sa sauce kay contaninated na.

measurement: use uyr imagination.

but you can cook the marinade though n use that for basting tnx for that recipe BeNZ
