Pero naa ko gusto i-post. Microwave Brownies These microwave brownies are the perfect dessert when you're short on time. Kids can make this microwave brownie recipe all by themselves. Just be careful removing the brownies from the microwave; the dish can be hot! Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Ingredients: • 1/2 cup butter • 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate • 2 large eggs • 1 cup granulated sugar • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour • 1/2 tsp. baking powder • 1/4 tsp. salt • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips • 1/2 cup hazelnuts Preparation: 1. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. 2. Place butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe container. Heat on high 1 minute. Stir, and if chocolate is not melted, continue to heat in 30-second increments until completely melted. 3. Crack eggs into a large bowl. Beat well. Add sugar, mixing well. 4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. 5. Add the melted chocolate mixture and the flour mixture to the egg mixture, alternating. Beat the batter until well combined. 6. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and hazelnuts over the batter. 7. Heat on high 5 minutes. 8. Let brownies rest 5 minutes before cutting. kita ra ni nako sa internet. this is a condiment made from seeds of a hot pepper. one can buy this in the department store.
by the way, can someone share their recipe for steamed rice?

I've always been a fan of turon, and when I tried this particular variety, I loved it and wanted to share it with you guys... Hope you enjoy it!
Banana-Mango Turon 8 (8-inch) square lumpia wrappers 2 regular bananas, peeled, halved lengthwise, then halved crosswise 1 regular mango, peeled, pitted, cut lengthwise into 3-inch-long, 1/2-inch-wide strips 1 egg, beaten to blend Vegetable oil Place 1 banana piece across center of wrapper, then 2 mango strips. Roll as you normally would a lumpia and seal the edges with the beaten egg. Fry until the wrapper is crisp and golden brown. Serve with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. |
