banilad study center, naa pud sa banawa, naay pud bambi culinary institute, decs, tesda...naa na man daghan schools diri.

ang caro & marie is just short courses that can be finished in half a day or in a day. naa pa ghapon ni sila. naay sked sila available sa ilang sm branch ka magkuha. pero ang classes is sa 18th cherry court nila na branch.
Thanks... i've tried caro & marie, enrolled sa brownies making nila.

sexyis_18 .... as a WANNABE PASTRY CHEF hehehe kuno , I can help you here online sa mga techniques and best ways in making it other than the right and longer way . Asa man ta mag sugod ? TESDA is a good place to start in learning tools of the trade . BAKING is FUN too !!

its a kind of a lime and the leaf is used in malasian and thai dishes as bay leaf is used in our adobo.

Oh ok ... wala gyud koy idea ana but I know what you meant sa counterpart niya na bay leaves to us while mao na ang version sa Thai and malay dishes . Is it known already that it has been grown locally in the country ?
