count me in.. hilig pud ko mag luto ug beverage mix, cocktail ang akong prefer kay naay spirit.

Guys kung mag grill mo, how long you marinate, your marinate ingridents & how you prefer your sauce & there ingirdents?

Gala,
Naa koy Hamilton Indoor & Outdoor griller, so far okay man nga brand wala paman mag binuang. Kanang imong gi pakita nga roaster oven naa ba kanay spinner? Mas maayo man gud ug luto tong naay spinner na obserbahan lang na naku.

pork chop: oyster sauce, LOTS of garlic, salt, pepper, any herbs at hand, sometimes red onions
chicken: same marinade as pork chop
I marinate overnight pork and chicken or at least 1 hour.
fish: salt and pepper with a squeeze of lemon or calamansi

i don't usually use cubes or MSG when cooking because of the kids plus the fact that MSG gives my hubby a migraine (esp when eating at MSG restos....chinese restaurants . i just use salt, sugar and pepper instead of using MSG

oh always leave salt at the last minute. don't marinate with salt since salt draws out the juices and makes your dish dry.
