Love2travel, thats really interesting, im not sure if I was in a hole these past couple of weeks but why didnt I hear of Acacia Grill, allright next visit ill be looking for that
Sounds interesting, tell me tell me pa what other meals did they have? Long ago I remember mom going to CarCar to try this dish called Tamaos or however its spelled, im thinking its like a Visayan Tamales version since the spanish were there. I'm hoping they have old dishes that are seen in that parts

Hmmm wondering if what u had was BudBud Kabog. Long ago and old lady was selling it they had it wrapped in corn leaves, they grind the corn for hours, added spices, i believe a little tomato paste and adobo meat , just going off of memory..its pretty good. Mom makes it when she's in the mood
And sa Bantayan yes ive had that before uni and giant clams
